Add quarterly quality assesment to OMOP Vocabulary

This discussion shows that SQL queries can be constructed (like Achilles Heel) for OMOP Vocabulary. OPCS4 to SNOMED mapping issues

I have also filed a request for some more conventions for each release here https://github.com/OHDSI/Vocabulary-v5.0/issues/187

Can we please add a folder QualityAssesment to this repo https://github.com/OHDSI/Vocabulary-v5.0 and collect some notes and code there.

For example we can start with query suggested by in the above thread and a query that counts active and deprecated concepts and compares it to the previous release)

Github issues in https://github.com/OHDSI/Vocabulary-v5.0 can be used to suggest new Vocab DQA ideas and code.

Vojtech, you can check existing QA queries here if you are interested.
We run this QA each time we release any vocabulary; if you have any additional use cases that you want to check please share and we’d love to add them. The query that you mentioned is already in use as well as “counts” and many other tests.
