Very informative presentation. It sounds that Cancer Data Agregator could be built on the OMOP. Is it clear what data models will be used? Before NCI was looking at VDW, PCORnet, but never locked their decision…

It is interesting to me that those strategies are changing so fast. Not long ago there was cancer Biomedical Informatics Grid (caBIG). While looking at caBIG and other initiatives of that time there was big overlap between the programs, it looked that NCI is just throwing everything at the wall and looks which one will stick Similarly as it was with NCI CRN (Cancer Research Network) development.
